You’ll join the Strategic Services design team at Sage within the central experience design organisation - benefitting from working alongside a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 UX designers, researchers, content designers, illustrators and front-end specialists.

Key responsibilities
As a Graduate Experience Designer, your role would involve:
- Continuous user research, iterative experience design, content design and measurement for the solution areas relevant for Strategic Services
- Crafting engaging experiences for our services and products, including usability, UI copy, interactions and micro-interactions
- Creating designs with empathy and clarity to communicate complex concepts in a user-friendly way
- Representing the customer’s point of view and bring user empathy and clarity to the teams that helps create solutions that deliver good value to our customers and partners
- Help Sage teams get a deep understanding of the people who use our products
- Inform and evaluate design decisions that enable Sage products work well for our users
- Experimentation with AI and other newer technologies to drive innovations and efficiencies
You’ll need to be a Graduate, ideally, in relevant discipline like Product or Interaction Design, Interactive Media, Visual Communication. Whilst we’re open to any degree discipline, you’ll need to demonstrate user-centricity, ideally with great balance of design thinking, business orientation and a data-informed mindset.
