Job description

User Experience (UX) Research allows our product teams to make informed decisions at all stages of the product development lifecycle. Continuous research helps to cultivate a deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, attitudes, and emotions throughout the team. This allows us to improve the user experience across all touchpoints.

A UX Researcher engages directly with customers using a toolbox of qualitative and quantitative research methods. For example, conducting interviews to understand people's needs, usability testing to see how people experience our products, test early prototypes, and conducting surveys to understand the perspectives of a larger audience. They discover insights which both influence our roadmap (what we design and build next) and allow us to continually improve designs and solutions with our customer’s needs in mind.

As a Graduate UX Researcher, you will be working in a supporting role with a small team of other ux researchers, within a larger multi-disciplinary team alongside UX designers, solution designers and content designers. You have some qualitative research experience as part of a previous job, work experience, in your education, or interests.
