The role

Salesforce TMP (Technology, Marketing and Products) is looking for someone who can drive the technical solution to automate the tracking and reporting of records that are fundamental to our key performance metrics. This internship requires a strong python skill set, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a key member of a team tasked with gathering user requirements, writing design specifications, and delivering a solution.

Responsibilities include

  • Be the goto person for technical solutions to automate routine and well understood processes
  • Follow up with stakeholders on new requirements and gather feedback
  • Keep records up-to-date and organized throughout the feedback process
  • Assist with program status updates

What we’re looking for

  • Strong knowledge of Python, Java GoLang or similar Object-Oriented Languages.
  • Knowledge of SOQL or a similar query language such as SQL or MySQL
  • Knowledge of Json, csv files for scripting, data management
  • Strong interpersonal skills – comfortable with communication via phone, email, and in-person
  • Solid knowledge of APIs to facilitate integration with other data providers
  • Knowledge of UE design principles
  • Familiarity with GitHub is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Linux OS/Admin/RHEL/Centos/Ubuntu etc
  • Familiarity with salesforce platform is desirable
  • Customer service orientated – energetic, friendly, and patient
  • Desire to learn and grow
