The Vaccines Customer Marketing Team play a critical role in driving customer centricity and bringing excellence in all we do. The team are focussed on creating innovative digital activations to life for our customers and fundamentally delivering a better world for patients.
The Customer Marketing Executive is a key role that will help our Business Unit transform itself into a modern day, customer centred, high performing enterprise. This role is focused on improving our customer’s experience of us, advance our multi-channel offerings and increase the impact our digital/non-digital/hybrid touchpoints have on our customers

Main responsibilities
This role will work across the Vaccines Business Unit (BU). The Customer Marketing Executive will necessitate collaboration within the team to in two key areas of business priority - robust campaign analysis and external events.
Design and implementation of robust campaign analysis process, creation of a tool that provides standardisation of delivery. All campaign analysis should deliver tangible and measurable outputs including ROI (return on investment), ROE (return on engagement) and with clear recommendations to the business.
Lead the creation and execution of the vaccines external events programme, engaging with cross functional teams to execute events aligned with clearly defined metrics. Accountability for reviewing performance of each event aligned with campaign analysis framework, including pre, during and post event evaluation.
The Customer Marketing Executive will have a unique opportunity to work across multiple cross functional teams, including medical, compliance, sales, brand marketing and omnichannel teams giving the candidate great breadth and experience across the business whilst owning specific projects.
