We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager for Schlesinger Group UK (remote working position). The Junior Project Manager will manage research projects as well as build and maintain client relations.  Furthermore, the Junior PM will assist the Project Mangers with managing UK projects from set up to completion and will work within the team to deliver first class qualitative projects to a variety of clients.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the setup of domestic projects
  • Checking of update grids before they are delivered to the client
  • Base understanding of working within client and internal budgets on projects
  • Problem solving if any issues are reported from the recruiting team
  • Meeting clients when they attend projects at the facility
  • Liaising with project management and facility staff to ensure that all client needs for the day are met
  • Assisting PM’s in managing studies within required timelines and budget
  • Brainstorming ideas to build database
  • Being proactive in improving the QSM
  • Respecting and upholding the ISO 20252 & 9001 accreditations

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail is paramount to the role
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to identify problems in good time to deal with them
  • Organisational skills – all project files must be kept to auditing standard
  • Fluent English language skills - written and spoken
