Project Assistant London

Within the Schlesinger Group UK team, we have our brand new dual facility/ office space in central London, a short 5 minute walk from Holborn station where we host our in-person market research studies.

Your Job will Include

• Supporting the project managers and further Schlesinger UK team with their projects from start to finish, giving you insight and a step-by-step understanding of what we do at SG UK.
• Being a go-to person for respondent/ participant and external supplier queries, as well as aiding in our GDPR practises and management
• Aiding in management and monitoring of our respondent database, as well as making sure those who have taken part in market research are incentivised on time and for the correct amount

What we would need from you

• Being a team player, ready to jump right into the position and hit the ground running
• Professionalism - each time we speak/ liaise with someone (client/ respondent/ supplier etc) we are representing not only SG UK, but Schlesinger as a whole
• Time management - tasks can often be time sensitive within the role, so the ability to manage yourself and your time, to ensure the wider team are aware of when/ how long something might take, and to alert the team (and your line manager) if you have too much on, so we are able to efficiently distribute
