Responsibilities and duties

Key responsibilities include reviewing and compiling documentation related to material certifications and traceability, test records, inspection reports, and other quality-related records. The Quality Specialist (intern) collaborates with engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to validate required data while maintaining adherence to the project delivery schedule. The Quality Specialist (intern) role offers an opportunity to gain experience in the subsea industry while developing the skills needed to succeed as a specialist in this field.

  • Review and upload documentation to OneSubsea Enterprise Content Management Document Management System (ECM)
  • Electronic scanning of manufacturing records
  • Access the plant’s record archival process – including record retrieval as required
  • Data entry to online systems
  • Responsible for ensuring all work is undertaken in a safe manner in line with company health and safety guidelines
  • To reflect and promote OSS “Core Values” of Responsibility, Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, and Innovation

Essential requirements

  • Obtained or in the process of obtaining a relevant BSc qualification
  • The right to work in the UK.
