Job Summary
Abingdon Technology Center is looking for a Security Engineer Intern to help us improve application and infrastructure security among our digital products. You will work with cyber security architect, software engineers and project architects to build solutions and improve process to help prevent, detect and respond to security incidents.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
The intern would
- Participate in solution evaluation and delivery for cloud native security
- Promote DevSecOps practices such as developing automation workflows in CI/CD systems
- Participate in security event investigations

Penultimate or final year student, studying towards Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related cyber security field.
Competencies
Required skills
- Interest and enthusiasm for cloud native security and DevSecOps
- Experience with coding/scripting in one or more languages
