    Schneider Electric’s Technical and Engineering Career Pathway allows graduates to lead and/or perform technical operational activities. From installation and maintenance to repairs and modernisation of products and/or services.

    This pathway will expose graduates to customers, often at customer sites, giving them experience in project management and identifying business growth.

    The pathway will start in September 2023 and last for 12 months.

    What will you be doing?

    The types of responsibilities within the Technical and Engineering Career Pathway (role dependent) include:

    • Installing/inspecting products and services
    • Providing technical and application support
    • Ensuring maintenance of health and safety standards
    • Identifying potential business opportunities for further business growth

    Who are they looking for?

    • A minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related subject is required upon joining the Technical and Engineering Pathway as part of the Graduate Programme
