The team
Corporate and Regulatory Change is a team of change delivery professionals at the heart of transformation across Schroders. The team delivers Strategic Transformation across the Corporate functions which support our core investment business - driving functional and commercial improvements and coordinating enterprise-wide regulatory change programmes. Corporate Functions includes the newly established Schroders Data Office, so there is opportunity to contribute to data and AI-led initiatives. The Corporate and Regulatory Change team manage the end-to-end delivery of some of the firm’s most important initiatives which carry significant exposure to all areas of the business and senior stakeholder engagement.
What you will do
Throughout the programme, you will take an active role in a broad range of transformation projects and initiatives. By rotating in Corporate & Regulatory Change you will gain exposure to and experience in the key change roles of Project Manager and Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in each discipline. You will have the opportunity to contribute to project delivery and implementation, working closely with our Global Technology team and business stakeholders.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of change initiatives on time and within budget. Establish a critical path and deliverable plan, ensuring clarity of direction, effective communication, and disciplined project governance throughout each phase. For regulatory change projects, you will quickly get up to speed on key regulations impacting our business globally, and crucially helping to ensure the firm becomes compliant with new and evolving regulation and legislation.
- Business Analysis: Act as a bridge between business needs and solutions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and articulate requirements, interpret regulatory requirements, define target processes, and support the design and realisation of effective, value-driven change. This can involve working with Global Technology who play a key role in the Change lifecycle.
