Siemens Healthineers has an excellent opportunity for three talented interns. We are looking for three interns to join our inclusive Logistics/Operations team at Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology (MT) in Eynsham, near Oxford. This is a 12-month contract role starting in June/July 2022 that comes with an attractive salary and some excellent benefits.

To give you an idea of how this flexible internship would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do, alongside the logistics managers, in your 12-month placement:

  • Support projects as required
  • Provide excellent communication skills to plan, co-ordinate and liaise with internal parties to support the decision-making process and provide advice
  • Work effectively across different teams including strategic procurement, finance, engineering, and external industry suppliers
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare action logs as required
  • Take part in our intern development programme teaching softer skills such as communication, teamwork, and commercial awareness

To apply, you should be studying towards a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics and completing a placement or sandwich year as part of your degree. You will also need:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to learn and retain skills
  • A proactive approach
  • An enthusiasm for working in the medical domain
