Think finance is all spreadsheets? Think again. At Sky, finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about helping decide what we do next. From backing new shows to launching game-changing tech, you’ll be part of the team making smart decisions that shape the future of Sky.

Over three years, you’ll rotate through different areas of the business — like content, product, sales and strategy — working on real projects that matter. You’ll learn how to manage budgets, build business cases, and use data to guide big decisions.

And while you’re learning on the job, you’ll also study for your CIMA qualification — that’s the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. It’s a globally recognised qualification that helps you become a pro at making financial decisions in business. We’ll cover your study costs and give you paid time off for exams, so you’re fully supported.

You’ll also be part of a friendly, inclusive grad community, with volunteering days, support networks, and loads of chances to grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Try out three different roles across Sky — from TV and tech to sales and strategy.
  • Learn how to manage budgets, build cases for new ideas, and use data to make smart decisions.
  • Get full support to study for your CIMA qualification (that’s Chartered Institute of Management Accountants — a big deal in the business world).
  • Enjoy paid study time, expert guidance, and a team that’s got your back every step of the way.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need a finance degree — just a love for numbers, a curious mind, and the drive to make a difference. If you’re a problem-solver, a team player, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

To be eligible for this role you are required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK for the programme. Please be aware Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.

This programmes’ alumni have gone onto be: Business Finance Analyst , Senior Finance Analyst, Finance Manager and even Head of Finance.
