The role
As a Trainee in the Client Facing Margin Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational, administrative, and financial market processing for our Prime Services & Clearing business lines. You will ensure the highest standards of client service while maintaining strict compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities
Manage client-facing operations, including margin calls, cash breaks, collateral management, and account maintenance
Ensure clear communication with clients and stakeholders, promptly resolving queries and issues
Monitor and escalate aged client margin calls, ensuring coverage and adherence to deadlines
Continuously improve processes and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency
What we need to see from you
You possess a good understanding of products traded by Société Générale clients, including listed derivatives, FX, OTC, equities, and fixed income
You have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to adapt to new systems
You excel in interpersonal communication, with a client-centric approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
