Job description

The South Wales Police Internship gives you the opportunity to put your academic knowledge to the test in a practical and professional setting where you will gain valuable work experience and training. Three exciting Internship opportunities are available within our Community Safety Department. One Intern will be based within each of our force areas - Cardiff and the Vale, Mid Glamorgan and Swansea, Neath, Port talbot. You will be involved in community safety meetings, assist the Hate Crime team with risk assessments and contribute to the delivery on education, safeguarding and enforcement.

This role will commence in September 2024 and to be eligible you must possess a degree or an equivalent qualification in Community Safety, Criminal Law, Police Studies or similar relevant subject.
