We currently have opportunities available for a Graduate to join our HR team in Exeter. Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, increasing to £30,000 over the 2 years, plus excellent benefits including relocation support and an annual bonus.

What’s it all about?

The HR Graduate will rotate across various areas within our HR departments which may include, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Business Partnering, Talent and People Projects and Planning.

You will learn about the employee journey from acquisition to exit, have an opportunity to participate in initiatives that shape innovative practices, drive cultural impact and work side by side with teams that are building a business at an unprecedented pace and scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting recruiting activity from scheduling, projects, driving innovative hiring practices and branding
  • Acting as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to every candidate journey while ensuring our processes are efficient, effective, and organised helping us to ensure we are an employer of choice. 
  • Gaining an understanding in how we manage the relationship between our organisation and its people through transparent practices and relevant law and support people practices and cases. 
  • Working alongside HR Business Partners you will undertake the administration and coordination of HR initiatives, support our HRBPs with day-to-day operational activity and support our employees with ad-hoc requests.
  • Within our Talent, People Projects and Planning you will support the team with daily activities, from coordination to animation and follow up
  • Managing pre-programme & post-programme activities
  • Analysing and updating existing processes and suggesting improvements
  • Contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks

What we are looking for

  • HR Degree
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management
  • Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change in a highly competitive fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Willingness to innovate and help us to continually improve our ways of working
