About the role

If this sounds like something that appeals to you, then look no further than Stantec, where we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join our Dams & Hydro team based in Leeds. The team works on two fronts: the first is providing dam safety assessments and rehabilitation design of existing dams, and the second is designing new water and hydropower dams, including pumped storage schemes. About You

  • You will ideally have a Master’s degree in Hydraulics or Water Resources Engineering, or
  • You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering with high interest in hydraulics
  • You will ideally have some professional or academic experience with CFD modelling of hydraulic structures using software like Flow-3D, ANSYS, OpenFoam etc.
  • Finally, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK at the time you start employment.
