The opportunity

You will work in a truly multi-disciplinary environment, giving access to a broad knowledge base with the support of experts across the business.

You will work closely with a range of clients, including blue-chip organisations, local authorities, property developers and investors.

As part of your graduate opportunity you will get involved in the following

  • Assist with planning policy reviews for medium and large scale and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects in the residential, commercial and retail sectors.
  • Input into the preparation of planning applications and supporting documents
  • Provision of development planning support across PBA.
  • Input into the preparation of evidence based studies (e.g. employment and housing needs assessments).

About you

You are a recent graduate (or will be graduating) with a RTPI accredited degree in planning. You will have some awareness of planning law and procedures, including the changing planning system at national, regional and local levels. You are a strong communication skills, both verbal and written with strong Qualitative/ Quantitative reasoning and analytical skills
