The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team main objectives are to:

Give visibility on financial information (Actual and Budget/Forecast) to the leadership team and to operational departments through the P&L / Balance Sheet, specific KPI’s, ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and action plans. Coordinate Budget and Forecast processes and challenge operational departments to achieve their targets when relevant. Be a key business partner to the other departments, participate to cross-functional projects as financial representative.

Overview

The Financial Planning Analyst is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team reporting directly to the FP&A Director and assisting the full team across the missions.

Your Mission

Your main missions are to:

  • Preparing monthly reports helping to increase visibility on actuals and follow actual spends vs budget / forecast to highlight any risk & opportunity vs objective
  • Driving actual reviews / discussions with his assigned departments
  • Identify and drive process’ improvements as well as cost savings’ projects
  • Supporting the team during budget / forecast / landing processes
  • Acting as the UK analyst by reporting budget / forecast P&L and BS within BOARD.
  • Participating to ad hoc analysis

Systems and Essentials

  • Graduate or Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • English mandatory, Italian / French a plus
  • Advance level on Microsoft Office pack (especially on excel)
  • Any multi-dimensional systems, SAP user a plus
