An organised, proactive individual to support in the operations of the risk Centre of Excellence (CoE) and related activities, who is eager for the opportunity to develop further their knowledge of risk management.

What you’ll be doing

ERM Methodology: You will be responsible for supporting the development of the ERM methodological changes (e.g. pilot follow-up), and supporting awareness campaigns (e.g. creation of communication on ERM methodology changes).

Reporting: You will be responsible for supporting the CoE in tracking, reporting, and developing tooling for various Departmental deliverables.

Programme Coordination: You will be responsible for supporting company-wide risk management programmes and initiatives.

Training: You will be responsible for supporting the identification of training needs for internal Risk Department staff and business, designing measures, following up on training effectiveness and supporting the improvement of the training content, as well as supporting the coordination of company wide training campaigns.

Risk Operations: You will be responsible for supporting the operational activities in the Department, including support for budgeting, new joiner onboarding and scorecard monitoring.

Tooling: You will be responsible for supporting the tools used for Risk Management (e.g. coordination with administrators, develop reports for the Department and the business teams, etc.)

Knowledge and Expertise: You will be responsible for proactively developing and strengthening your risk knowledge with particular focus of specific risk methodology knowledge.

Who you will be working with:

  • Our CoE Governance and Reporting Lead – You will engage to support the CoE with its risk reporting and programme coordination responsibilities.
  • Our CoE Frameworks, Methodology and Training Lead – You will engage to support the CoE with its Methodology awareness campaigns and training developments.
  • Our COO, Tooling and Transformation Lead – You will engage to support the Risk Management tooling and the department’s daily operations.
  • Other Risk Department members and business teams

Key Results

  • Risk CoE is adequately supported in its Methodology, reporting, training, tooling and daily operations responsibilities.
  • Effective organisation of key risk CoE activities.
