We are seeking a Graduate in Computer Science who would enjoy representing a leading provider of software as a solution products.

In this varied role, you'll be troubleshooting and fixing software issues, a good grasp of Windows, SQL databases, HTTP, HTTPS and strong customer focus are required here. If successful, you will learn about diagnostic tools and voice over IP and have opportunities to support product testing and to feed into development.

Skills 

  • A solid understanding of relational databases and SQL skills
  • The ability to solve problems and think laterally
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Willing to take initiative to learn about new products
  • A strong customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly Desirable Skills/ Desire to Learn

  • Familiarisation with installing applications to the cloud
  • Experience of working with carriers on IP provisioning.
  • Software development or testing experience/background
  • Understanding of HTTP
