This two-year programme will immerse you in the heart of our operations, giving you hands-on experience across both sales and marketing functions. Youll be based in the field, working closely with our teams and customers, and gaining a deep understanding of how we build communities, not just homes.
What you'll be doing
- Sales Experience on Site: Spend time on our live developments in the East Midlands, engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find their perfect home.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing team to bring our brand to life from digital campaigns to signage and events.
- Customer Journey: Guide buyers through the entire home-buying process, building relationships and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.
- Brand Building: Help shape how Cameron Homes is seen and felt by our customers. Youll be part of the team that communicates our values, personality, and unique offering.
- Data-Led Decision Making: Use data and insights to inform your approach, measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, and support continuous improvement across the business.

Who we're looking for
- Flexibility to work weekends in our sales offices is required. This may mean that, at times, your working pattern will be Thursday to Monday.
- A minimum 2:2 degree in a Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
- A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn
- Initiative and enthusiasm youre ready to jump in and make things happen
- Confidence and resilience youll be engaging with customers and teams daily
- A genuine passion for housebuilding and helping people find their dream home
- Comfortable working with data and making data-led decisions
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
