Tesla is seeking a Project Manager Intern to join our team. You will be part of the EMEA Technical Operations team, working for the EMEA Staff Technical Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to make changes and improvements to Tesla internal processes, also working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders such as Country managers, Service managers, training team, technical operations, and other teams. Moreover, you will assist in EMEA Warranty Projects with 1-2-1 training and mentoring in this area. As such, you will learn to understand and work on growing this exciting project throughout EMEA.

Learning goals & Tasks

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders understanding and implementing our market-specific strategy requirements
  • Support the development in various areas, such as, Service Improvement, Warranty process improvement, Materials Return (MRB)
  • Working on specific vehicle area(s) (TBC) to identify cost, drive down the warranty repairs at EMEA and Service center level
  • Working to create a method to audit Service Centers to monitor and improve Service KPIs
  • Develop a strong understanding and learning of the Tesla warranty process 
  • Strategize and support Implementation of automated solutions to reduce costs at the Service Center
  • Develop and support to implement process improvements
  • Manage tasks and information flow using collaboration software (such as JIRA, Confluence, and custom databases)
