The Role

We're looking for a talented graduate to join the SMB Analytics team based in Dublin, Ireland. As part of the Analytics team, you will support the sales and service teams by providing a mixture of key decision-making data and information for sales and service programmes, ongoing reporting and analysis to understand the effectiveness of the programmes and provide insights and improvement recommendations.

In addition, the analysts will work to deeply understand the product, its use and work with leads & teams across functions and markets to identify potential testing opportunities to understand the drivers of retention and growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our advertisers interact with our core products.
  • Identify opportunities within the advertiser ecosystem to improve acquisition, growth and retention and partner with SMB teams to support the design of sales & service programs to address these opportunities.
  • Partner with Analytics, Sales and Services teams to solve problems and identify trends.
  • Deliver ongoing support for long term business development plans at both strategic and execution stages.
  • Inform, influence, support, and execute our sales & service decisions.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of our sales & service teams and the SMB advertisers they support

About you

  • BA/Bsc/Msc or equivalent in a quantitative or analytics-focused field for example Maths, Physics, Economics, Data Analytics
  • Demonstrable experience in quantitative analysis
  • Experience with SQL or other programming languages and data visualisation tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses in easy to understand ways
  • Experience communicating the results of an analysis to diverse audiences
  • Experience working effectively individually and as part of a team or on individual assignments
  • Understanding of advertising/media or tech industry preferable
