The Role

You'll learn skills from teams of strategists, creatives, and producers to assist in the department's day-to-day running. In this role, you'll:

  • Research trends, creators and culture on TikTok and beyond for client pitches.
  • Make sample TikToks to test and learn new approaches to creative work.
  • Support creative resourcing by sourcing, booking, briefing, and managing the workflow of permanent and freelance teams.
  • Assist production in scoping projects and creating corresponding project plans.
  • Reach out proactively across the business to build relationships, ask questions and gather information.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree, graduating in 2022.
  • Be passionate about Tiktok! Bonus if you are a keen user of the platform
  • Interested in the digital media landscape and social media trends in general, ideally using various social platforms personally
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company and wear many hats
  • Want to get stuck in and cover a wide range of tasks
  • Collaborative and personable, happy to help out wherever needed
  • Graphic design/Adobe Photoshop experience advantageous but not required
