The Role

We are looking for an MBA Intern, focused on Commerce to join our Eco-System Partnerships team in EMEA. Commerce partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and merchants across the globe. In this role, you are expected to assist in the building of programs to help our growth and sales teams connect with merchants of different shapes and sizes.

The successful candidate will work closely with various internal stakeholders to develop new ways to engage with businesses leveraging our partners' technologies. They will also work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to provide our partners with opportunities to showcase the power of their solutions, combined with the innovative set of Commerce solutions on TikTok. Responsibilities

  • Lead Programs to activate and grow the adoption of Shopping and Advertising Solutions on TikTok
  • Define KPIs to evaluate progress and success against OKRs
  • Work with cross-functional leadership to build synergies and alignment on key initiatives and programs
  • Identify opportunities and address the global expansion of activation programs to drive momentum with internal teams and merchants across all key markets for TikTok
  • Provide Marketing guidance and operational support to partners and internal stakeholders to promote and grow the TikTok solutions to merchants globally.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing an MBA degree in your penultimate year, graduating in 2023
  • 2-4 years of client-facing experience in media sales
  • 1-2 years of program management
  • Experience developing and scaling activation programs in domestic and international markets
  • Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
  • You are a strategic thinker, but you’re also a doer and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you’re able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap.
  • You are creative and can think outside the box to promote and translate big ideas into simple concepts.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
  • Quantitative/analytical experience.
  • Experience working as part of an international team.
  • Fluency in English required
