The Role

The TikTok Partnership Solutions team works with the content side of the business to develop, sell and deliver exciting, fame-making brand partnerships grown from TikTok's best event programming.

These 'hero tentpoles' act as vehicles for likeminded advertising partners, and offer them a valuable opportunity to play a role in our biggest cultural shaping moments - from top sporting events like the Euro's, music franchises like the Rap Show, pop culture highlights like our collab with the Fashion Awards, to new editorial formats like the Fashion Trend report, we have a rich and exciting slate that brands can be a part of - and we want to sell!

You will be working in the team that makes these moments happen, gaining experience across the full process of inception to execution, with your role focused on three areas:

  • Managing programme delivery on key projects during the implementation phase
  • Owning the communication process to cascade the relevant information around sponsorships across the business to scale information and monitor/track pitching
  • Opportunity to own the creation and development of a new partnership project, grown from an area of personal passion! (with team support)

Qualifications

  • You must be in your final year and looking to graduate in 2022 with a degree in marketing, media, events or related subjects
  • Experience of marketing theory or qualifications in media or communication studies useful but not essential
  • Love of pop culture (and of course TikTok at the heart of this!)- and an instinct and interest in how brands can play a meaningful role here
  • Amazing team player
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoys being organised - and geeking out on processes!
  • English language skills are essential and fluency in other languages is a bonus
  • Enthusiastic motivated self-starter - entrepreneurial behaviour
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management skills
