Graduate Talent Trainee 2021

This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional graduate to join the nerve-centre of one of the most diverse media companies in London. TVF Media operates in many areas including interactive digital media, communications, television programming and distribution, post production, and the arts.

Your role will be primarily focused on talent management where you will gain a thorough grounding in all aspects of HR. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to recruitment, training, personal development and performance management. You will work closely with the CEO and FD, and will help to ensure the smooth running of the office as efficiently and effectively as possible.

In addition, you will have your own areas of responsibility, working on a variety of projects such as implementing new talent management systems and organising the bi-annual company parties. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in other media projects such as festival production for the Institute of Art and Ideas or developing client relationships for our healthcare agency TVF Communications.

This is a varied and challenging role with a significant level of responsibility and much potential for the role to develop. The successful candidate will find themselves applying contemporary management theory on a day-to-day basis. This role is uniquely placed to have contact with all members of the team, from trainees to directors, and so the ability to communicate with confidence is paramount

All applicants should have an excellent educational background (minimum 2:1 from a top university), be highly goal-oriented, proactive and self-motivated, and have the force of personality, charm and charisma to make things happen.
