We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program within our Global Banking business.

You’ll get to:

  • Evaluate companies and support deal origination (including IPO and M&A transactions)
  • Prepare market and industry analyses for pitches
  • See first-hand how we provide market-leading solutions
  • Execute live innovative deals that transform today's corporate landscape
  • Help firms assess their ESG / sustainability profile from the point of view of investors and other stakeholders
  • Actively promote the financial market’s evolution towards sustainability in line with UBS Group’s purpose and strategy

Your team

You will be working in our Global Banking ESG Advisory team in London. We are responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Is in their penultimate or final year of your studies
  • Is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate / bachelor degree
  • Has relevant technical knowledge of ESG / sustainability topics
  • Experience in investment banking, ESG / sustainability or product roles is welcomed, but not a prerequisite
  • Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
