Your team

Are you interested in Global Banking, Global Markets or Asset Management? Or how about Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations or COO? You'll get exposure to all of these areas over the program and you could learn what having a career with us might be like. Your expertise

You need to be in the first year of university (graduating in 2024), and be on track for a 2:1 or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying, or if you don't have any previous experience. (Really, it doesn’t.) But we’d like to see evidence that you can:

  • Analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • Plan, organize and communicate well
  • Make things happen
  • Stick with a task
  • Work in a team
  • Come up with ideas
