What we are looking for
- You will work in multiple operational roles and also have project responsibilities in order not just to learn the details of our business but to make an immediate contribution
- You will spend time at various power plants and in our Dusseldorf headquarters
- You will be supported in post by senior colleagues and also through a development program

Who we are seeking
Essential
- You’ll need at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) in a numerate subject possibly STEM or Business/Economics
- You should have sharp analytical skills, an ability to work autonomously but also work well with others
- Desire to challenge yourself and those around you to be successful in highly competitive traded markets
Desirable
- Digital skills including excel, VBA or coding languages
- An ability to manipulate and analyse complex information.
