The B Side: Skills & Experience

Be Organised

  • Diary management (organising meetings) & other general assistance for senior members of staff
  • Office management tasks, including kit & stationary ordering & liaising with IT
  • Coordinating ticket ordering and ordering stock (vinyl/CDs) and merch when required
  • Managing invoices via Uniport
  • Organising artist and staff travel
  • Compiling weekly updates and timelines for Artist campaigns
  • Taking notes in meetings & circulating afterwards
  • Commissioning awards & plaques for artist milestones
  • Ordering stock (vinyl/CDs) and merch when required 
  • Creating links in advance of releases 
  • Sending tracks out prior to release (Radiomonitor, Shazam, StudioCDN etc)
  • Submitting video descriptions on YouTube/VEVO
  • Being across digital advertising campaigns

Be Collaborative

  • Supporting the artist and label team in organising media for our clients
  • Supporting the label team with assisting with company events, artist gifting
  • Supporting the label team with ad hoc admin assistance across the entire label
  • Bringing your own creative insight and ideas to artist marketing campaigns
