We are a leading Consultancy dealing with Europe’s Top Investment Banks, Buy-Side Financial Services Business (Hedge Funds, Asset & Wealth Management), and Brokers. Our areas of specialism include Process Engineering, Data Operations, Front-Back Office Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk.
About the role
With a growing client base, Vantage Point is looking to hire Graduate Data Analysts for our next academy to start in January 2022. We welcome applications from all backgrounds. We stand for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and are determined to ensure a fair representation regardless of background.
Your role will be varied, and you will receive excellent experience working on projects within the world’s leading companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Consulting.
You will complete a three-week training academy where you will expand your knowledge within the financial markets industry, as well as improve on your presentation, team-work, and personal branding skills.
Once you have completed the training, you will then be placed on client site with one of our banking clients. You will be working on client site which will be remote based for now, with candidates to be based in Belfast as lockdown measures ease.

We are looking for
- Graduate from either a data-driven degree or with equivalent experience
- Good understanding of a programming language and working with large amounts of data
- Desire to work within Consulting/Financial Services
- Ambitious individuals who are keen to develop their careers in a supportive environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Can develop warm client relationships
- Growth Mindset and a passion for learning
