    Graduate Programme

    During this programme, you’ll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we’ll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You’ll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Learn to plan and coordinate projects and technical designs on new build materials recycling projects, within time and budget requirements.
    • Plan, manage and monitor the Works design process during the execution phase to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, to agreed specifications and performance standards.
    • Support the Project Manager in identifying the procurement strategy and all likely technical risks and opportunities which may arise.
    • Ensure that Health, Safety, environmental issues and planning consents are considered.
    • Learn to deal with any unexpected engineering or technical problems that may occur during the project
    • Support the Project Manager to prepare accurate and timely reporting.

    What we're looking for

    • Degree level qualification in HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (to be achieved by September 2024)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective team player with leadership potential
    • Good project management skills and willingness to learn new skills
    • Good time management and organisational skills
