Job description

  • Maintain HRMS (Human Resource Managing System) to allow for time entry by people across the organization.
  • Understand and maintain PTO policies for various business units across the globe.
  • Respond and resolve user queries in a specified SLA duration.
  • Perform root cause analysis of the issues reported by the users and provide mitigation steps.
  • Work with the IT team and provide requirement document to enhance the system and/or to apply bug fixes.
  • Verify and validate the changes before being done in production environment.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of Timesheet Entry mailbox.
  • Creation and distribution of Headcount report.
  • Perform GL interface for Payroll accounting.
  • Special projects (part of a team on a need-by-need basis).
  • Creation and analysis of reports for management, distribution of these reports on a timely basis.
  • Ad-hoc design and development of internal financial/accounting systems based on management and/or end-user needs

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an ERP/Information Systems environment
  • BS degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Experience with the implementation and support of an ERP software package
  • Experience with design and development of financial/accounting/human capital systems
  • Experience with the creation and analysis of internal financial/human capital reports in support of senior management
  • Critical thinking with effective communication and teamwork skills required.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience with the business intelligence/performance management software packages (e.g., Cognos)
  • Must be able to think analytically and under pressure with willingness to learn
  • Should be self-confident and professional with ability to understand processes with a holistic view
