Job description
Our successful small animal practice is close to the A38 with good transport links to Nottingham, Burton and the Peak District. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, newly qualified or experienced RVN, to join our friendly team on a full time basis (Average 40 hour week) We will also consider a Part-time role. There is an equal share in the Saturday rota but time given off in the week when working one.
Our modern partner-owned surgery has been designed to industry leading standards, with state of the art equipment and in-house laboratory facilities. We have dental x-ray and a class 4 therapy laser with nurse-led laser clinics. We are a Rabbit Friendly Practice and a silver standard ICC Cat Friendly Clinic. Our Partner, Emma Gilbert, is a 1999 Bristol graduate and leads a supportive team of 3 vets, 4 other nurses, and 3 client care advisors.
The ideal Nurse to join us will be proactive and enthusiastic, with solid all round skills. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring.
There will be the opportunity for clinical coaching if interested. By joining us you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care.
