This role will work closely with all Supply Chain functions. The role will focus on developing and maintaining reports, manipulating and summarising data sets and preparing reports for internal and external audiences. Responsibilities will include set cadence KPI reporting, which will support business decision making. A proactive approach to analytics and problem solving is required.
Key focus areas
- Develop and maintain reporting procedures supporting the business requirements
- Identify, evaluate and implement internal services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- Monitor and audit data quality
- Produce and track KPIs across the Supply Chain
- Present data using business analytics tools
- Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Recommend areas for change or improvement, based on inferences made from the data
- Liaise with internal teams to fully understand data content
- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences
- Drive initiatives and continuous process improvement to reduce costs
- Participates in Kaizen events and continuous improvements sessions

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities for multiple projects.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality to people outside the organization.
- Requires sense of urgency, and the ability to provide detailed information when needed
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office and Analytics software
