The opportunity

Operations are at the core of Virtuo, our motto: "Right car, right time, right location".

The team is responsible for making strategic & operational decisions based on data, but above all for moving things forward.

The position will allow you to join a team with diverse profiles and to meet not only entrepreneurs but also former employees of large groups & prestigious start-ups.

Your missions

Help us grow our fleet, expand our stations and cities across the UK, and run complex operations.

The Virtuo Operations Intern's ultimate responsibility is to ensure that our customers get a perfect experience from the start of their rental until the end. This is a fast-paced environment and the role will appeal to an ambitious self-starter with a hands-on attitude, strong operational ability, and interest in cars and mobility tech.

Based on your profile, you will be in charge of 1 or 2 of the missions below

• Fleet management (damages, maintenance, vehicle reception planning, etc.)
• Manage Virtuo stations (accessories, signage, parking, amenities, maintenance, etc.)
• Experts (cleaners/drivers) onboarding and training
• Global process monitoring

Support complex day-to-day operations to achieve our KPI’s target as a team (close collaboration with everyone in the Operations team).

You are the ideal candidate if

• You are fluent (or native) in English
• You are studying and willing to work 5-6 months during the summer
• You are in London or able to easily travel to London during your internship period
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and result-oriented
• You are able to take the lead on projects from A to Z
• You know how to adapt and find solutions, especially when there is little time!
• You are not afraid to try new ways of doing things in order to improve
