Job Description

With a broad reach across all our programmes the empowerment to develop them further to meet the Visa’s strategic needs, this role will play a key part in hiring and developing high impact ‘early-in-career’ cohorts for our organisation.

As a Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager you’ll be a key member of a team of 5 reporting into the European Next Gen Talent Lead, with a specific focus on:

  • Influencing internal stakeholders on best practice in recruiting and supporting early in career talent effectively

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and align Next Gen hiring to their strategy

  • Interviewing and Assessing across a range of programmes to lead in applying best practice and identifying top talent

  • Lead on the Recruiting & Rotation planning for the marque Graduate Programme in Europe

  • Contributing to the delivery of programmatic activity for Interns and Graduates across Europe

  • Develop and deliver marketing activities to improve our Employer Brand in the university space across the Europe region

Qualifications

Finally about you…

  • Extremely passionate about working with early in career talent, and ideally some demonstrable experience in this area
  • A great communicator able to build rapport with early in career candidates and influence stakeholders, and handle challenging conversations with individuals at all levels of the business
  • A keenness to use data in driving decision making and assessing success
  • You’ll personally thrive in a fast-paced environment where juggling priorities is your norm
  • Knowledgeable on the UK Graduate market, and exposure to German, Italian, Spanish or French markets would be advantageous but not essential
