What you need

  • A 2.2 in any degree, although a related degree or modules in human resources or personnel management is a bonus.   
  • Recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between September 2020 and August 2022.
  • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.

*Remote working options: Vodafone is transforming – in the way we work & how we work. Our offices are now used as a hub for collaboration, co-creation & even concentration spaces. Across most our roles, we expect our employees to be following a blended approach to working with a 60-40 split, the majority being at home. We encourage our employees to find a way of working that suits them and works best for the team.

From partnering with the business to make change and supporting them with their HR calendar activities, to bringing the best talent into the organisation – as an HR Graduate you could find yourself learning from roles in Talent, Resourcing, Diversity & Inclusion – and these are just to name a few! Each placement will be different to give you a wide range of experience and skills across the HR function. And it’s not just about developing your HR knowledge and specialism, you will have lots of opportunities to get involved in wider areas of the business through our committees and societies.
