Waterman Group is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with offices throughout the UK, Ireland and Australia.

Waterman Infrastructure & Environment (WIE) continually seek to develop and nurture new talent within the business, prioritising the development and promotion of internal staff into senior management roles.

This approach has proven successful and is delivered through a comprehensive programme of mentoring and tutoring of our junior members, whether they be Graduates or Apprentices within the team.

The WIE team are continually seeking motivated Civil Engineering Graduates to join and grow our established Infrastructure team and help deliver the development and growth of our business.

What can we offer?

We offer ICE, CIHT and CIWEM accredited training programmes and full support and mentoring to allow candidates to fulfil their potential and aspirations to becoming Chartered Engineers.

All successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job training and exposure to an interesting mix of projects through from concept stage to construction.  Experience will be gained in Highways, Drainage, Civil Engineering and 3D Spatial Planning using the latest software design tools to develop well rounded Infrastructure Engineers.

Qualifications

Candidates should be degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a similar relevant field.

Relevant experience (optional)

Applications from recent graduates with 1-2 years post graduate experience working within a design consultancy and / or contracting environment are also welcomed.
