Better starts and ends with the customer

As part of a newly formed UK team, we’ll look to you to focus on building strong collaborative relationships with Post Office branches within your designated geographical region. You will travel throughout your region to ensure a smooth transition of newly established locations to deliver and encourage profitable growth opportunities and additional revenue.  You will work on local bespoke marketing initiatives that will bring awareness of the Western Union brand and footfall to stores. You will also be providing help, support and training to grow knowledge of the Western Union service and aiding onward delivery of excellent service in-store.

To be successful in this position it is essential you have a full clean UK driving license, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure successfully managing a diverse and demanding workload.   Experience in field account management and marketing within a consumer service industry is desirable.  You may have customer service experience or possess some field sales/account management experience either would stand you in good stead for success in this role.  We will provide comprehensive training, a company car, and all the equipment for you to reach your targets triumphantly. Note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
