About The Opportunity
The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analytics, will work closely with the Financial Planning and Analytics team, and also with the International CFO, Finance & Business Operations team, Capital Finance team, Department Leaders, Shared Service Centre and HQ organization.
In This Role You Will
- Provide financial planning and analysis support for the International markets with in-depth understanding of KPIs and financial metrics that support strategic decision-making.
- Be the driver to understand the different data sources in the company to develop effective dashboards for company stakeholders to make strategic decisions.
- Be resourceful, analytical, motivated, eager to dive into the data and assist in the standardizing of key data metrics and reporting dashboards within the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in the maintenance and continuous improvement of operating efficiency of financial reporting, leveraging datawarehouses and dashboarding
- Prepare monthly executive reports including key performance metrics
- Aggregate various data sources into simple & clean reports/dashboards for various teams to gain visibility and execute actions
- Collaborate with the various teams in the company to improve data, design outputs and measure on-going business performance
- Standardisation of reporting tools & metrics
- Build dashboards to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Spot trends and data connections
- Deep dive into data to identify metrics for performance drivers Identify avenues to improve business insights function to achieve strategic plans and drive business growth
- Management of existing tools & reports to keep information up to date
- Continuously automate their workflow to keep the intensity on latest focus topics
About You
- Higher-level qualification in Finance, Economics, or other course of similar study
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge in data analytics tools (such as Tableau and Power-Bi) is a plus
- Dedicated team player who will enthusiastically support the wider team on executing joint missions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and communicate findings in a clear, concise format
- Highly motivated problem solver possessing multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy to meet deadlines
- Independently capable of adapting to fast-paced environments, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in varying situations
