Our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team provide a broad range of risk advice and insurance broking services to clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. Essentially, we help clients better understand, assess and balance their risk.

On the two-year Graduate Development Program, you'll get the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills and diverse network. You'll get hands on experience, insight and opportunities, working with with senior leadership in client facing positions on a range of accounts. Over the two years, you'll complete two 12-month rotations across areas of Corporate Risk and Broking.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree - desirable: 2.1 or higher (UK); or international equivalent
  • All degrees and universities considered
