In Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB), they provide a broad range of risk advice and insurance broking services to clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. Essentially, they help our clients better understand, assess and balance their risk.

The Internship Program is an 8-week learning experience from June to August that provides undergraduates with the opportunity over the summer to gain hands-on experience working in the insurance industry and contributing to our business, with top performing interns automatically considered to become full-time students. The program is comprised of induction, objective setting, training modules, group project and team presentations, a business speaker series and a formal performance review process. 

The program provides the opportunity for graduates  with senior leadership with client facing exposures from accounts ranging in the Fortune 500 sector to smaller market local business areas. We serve a diverse range of clients including specialization in Cyber, Financial Institutions, Marine and Construction.

Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible to apply for the coaching programme, we are looking for students who identify with one of the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (all degrees and universities considered)
  • Applicant in their 2nd year, or 3rd year of a 4-year degree
  • You can particpate in the internship between June and August 2022

Candidate profile:

  • You have an appetite to learn and succeed
  • You have an ability to build technical knowledge
  • You have a passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • You would be looking to join WTW after graduating
