Wood is recruiting a Graduate - Commercial to join one of our business units across the South East of England.
The office locations in this region are: Reading, Staines, Horsham and Woking.

As a Commercial graduate you will have exposure to different parts of the business gaining vital skills. In addition to conventional sectors, you can expect to become involved in:
- Commercial Management on large scale mega Projects (Including Contract Strategies, Confidentiality, Non Disclosures, Change Management, ITB Preparation and Contract Administration.)
- Business winning - form part of the proposals winning team (Including Bid preparation, pre-contract reviews, tender governance approvals and commercial negotiations)
- Project estimation and cost management
Who we are looking for
We are looking for high-achieving graduates with a desire to learn. The ideal candidates should have a 2:1 MEng degree in an Engineering or Finance discipline and enjoy problem solving / trouble-shooting, detailed analysis, willing to embrace new ideas, and most importantly; take on assignments where the approach or
solution isn’t known at the outset.

- We will review applications in November / December
- We will then be holding screening calls throughout December with those candidates that fit the criteria below
- Shortlisted candidates will receive invitations to assessment centres in January
- Assessment centres will take place in January / February depending on location and discipline
Qualifications
- Minimum 2:1 MEng degree in a Engineering or Finance discipline
- Enthusiasm to work and develop your career in Commercial Management within the Oil and Gas industry
- Demonstrate initiative, tenacity and excellent communication skills
- Possess an ability to learn quickly and be adaptable and flexible to match business requirements
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environments
- Must have the right to work in the UK
