Starting with a breakfast range, this brand launched a unique offering that changes the way consumers think about the first meal of the day. They won't stop there. They are bold, creative, and innovative with their flavours. Their range is constantly expanding, along with their customer base.

This challenger brand is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to help get their product into the hands of more customers. This is an entry-level position for someone ready to kickstart their career in this industry.

 

The Role

As a Sales and Marketing Executive in a food startup, you will be responsible for winning new business, engaging directly with consumers and business-to-business customers. You will be building relationships with potential buyers, potential brand partners, and directly with customers. You will be a key part of building a business that already has a world of opportunity.

 Sales

  • Researching new potential customers across multiple sales channels including retail, independents & food service.

  • Face to face, email, and telephone selling of an exciting and innovative product.

  • Confidently sourcing and winning new business opportunities.

  • Building strong and lasting relationships with b2b customers.

  • Being a brand ambassador in-store, and engaging with both b2b and b2c customers.

Marketing

  • Manage and execute social media activity.

  • Work with brand ambassadors and partners to create engaging content.

  • Support the relevant stakeholders to produce relevant assets.

  • Manage and schedule the social calendar in advance, producing and proofing the desired content.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through the social channels.

  • Working with external stakeholders e.g. photographers and food stylists.

  • Supporting the development of our email marketing channel.
