What Will the Job Entail?
Maintaining and developing new initiatives to build customer engagement and satisfaction – reviewing the effectiveness of current activity
Supporting the marketing and commercial team to drive sales, analyse consumer data and gather shopper insights
Having close relationships with e-commerce and retail accounts to ensure the creation of dynamic activation plans
Monitoring spend throughout the year, you’ll have control over budget
The Person
Marketing experience (min 1 year) – with a focus on analysis of marketing data, consumer insights and reporting
You will have a keen awareness of today's online/offline shopper marketing landscape
Creative – you are always looking for solutions to drive customer satisfaction and engagement
Project management experience – communication and problem solving come naturally to you
Confident with data and analytics, competent using excel
