Why did you choose this firm and this role?

I chose Norton Rose Fulbright because after attending an open day, I felt a real connection with the firm. As a firm that is innovative and forward-facing, I would love to be able to continue a career with Norton Rose Fulbright. The University Manager position itself sounds extremely fun as it means you're able to be engaged with your wider student body and the firm itself, which I'm really looking forward to.

What was the toughest part of the application process? And your favourite part?

The toughest part of the application was most certainly the nerves that I had before my face to face interview, however, simultaneously it was my favourite part as it allowed me to interact with associates and employees at the firm.

Were you surprised by anything in the process?

I was surprised by how friendly all of the interviewers were, which made everything much more calm!

What's your lucky charm or pre-interview ritual?

Not stressing too much about it, as you've been chosen for a reason.
