What stood out to you about JP Morgan?
As the leading provider in financial services and one of the largest banks in the world, JP Morgan has a stellar reputation for excellent client service and treating its employees exceptionally. I was also impressed with the company’s inclusiveness and the women on the go initiative.
How did you build your commercial awareness before the interview?
Before the interview, I watched videos from former interns’ and read more about JP Morgan and its history. I also researched more about what the role entails and how best to succeed in it.
What would be your top tip for members going through the application process?
Make sure you research the company, what differentiates it from others and what makes it stand out. Research the role and make sure you understand what the role demands.
