Maksim is a Management graduate with a major in Financial and Investment Management from ESCP Business School. He secured a Senior Manager graduate role at TradingView.

“I wanted to have a career in the fintech industry as you can lots of positive impact on the general public, which aligns with my personal values.”
“I want to build my own tech company in the future, so am eager to gain as much experience and build on my deep interest in tech and finance.”
“I always wanted to go to university and ESCP was a great choice as I got to study in three different countries whilst there.”
What motivated you to apply for your role?
“TradingView is leading in innovation. I also think they have an incredible product, and that it’d be a great company to work at.”
What are you most proud of about your journey?
“I’m most proud of the fact that I’m working in an industry I’m deeply passionate about.”
What have you learned from going through the process?
“I’ve learned that resilience is key.”
What are your tips for people looking to follow in your footsteps?
“My best advice would be to tailor each application. I’d also recommend perfecting your CV as much as possible and applying to lots of different roles, so you have multiple chances to secure an opportunity and hopefully multiple offers too!”
